By placing an order with The Need for Beads, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be changed without notice. Payment must be received before an order is shipped.

2. Shipping
The Need for Beads will ship orders to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after the product has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

3. Returns & Refunds
Unused and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not returnable unless defective.

4. Warranty
The Need for Beads warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. If a product is defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Our sole obligation will be, at our option, to repair, replace, or refund the defective product. This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidents, alterations, or improper care.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Need for Beads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product, giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Need for Beads, its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the customer’s misuse of a product, violation of these Terms, or negligent or unlawful conduct.

7. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that photographs, colors, and measurements are accurate. Minor variations may occur, particularly with handmade or product materials.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
